Shipping policy
Free shipping on every US order
Shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States. For any other destinations we ship to, available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times
- Items from our US warehouse: about 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. These items are marked "Ships from our US warehouse" on their product page.
- All other items: about 7 to 12 business days after your order ships, from our partner warehouse.
Each product page shows the estimate for that item. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during holidays or carrier delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Orders with more than one item
Items may ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items can arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't pay extra shipping for this.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, email us and we'll look into it. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Damaged items
If something arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
